However, this does not apply if we are exempt from the obligation to disclose under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.
Please note that a fee of 1,000 yen per request is charged for disclosing personal information, so please understand this in advance.

６　Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.

(1) If we receive a request from the user:
①to correct personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act due to it being untrue, or
②to suspend the use of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act due to it being handled beyond the scope of the previously disclosed purpose or collected through fraud or other unfair means,we will promptly conduct necessary investigations upon confirming that the request is from the user themselves, and based on the results, we will correct or suspend the use of the personal information and notify the user accordingly.
If we decide not to correct or suspend the use based on reasonable grounds, we will notify the user of such decision.
(2) If we receive a request from the user to delete their personal information and determine that we need to comply with such request, we will confirm that the request is from the user themselves, proceed with deleting the personal information, and notify the user accordingly.
(3) The provisions of the preceding two items do not apply if we are exempt from the obligation to correct, suspend the use, etc., under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.

８　Procedure for Changes to Privacy Policy
