(2) If we receive a request from the user to delete their personal information and determine that we need to comply with such request,
we will confirm that the request is from the user themselves, proceed with deleting the personal information, and notify the user accordingly.
(3) The provisions of the preceding two items do not apply if we are exempt from the obligation to correct, suspend the use, etc.,
under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.
